3. Server log files
When you visit this website, access data is automatically stored in server log files (including IP address, date/time, page accessed and browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and are then automatically deleted or anonymized.
4. Cookies and consent management
For non-essential cookies and services, we obtain your consent via a consent tool. Your consent is logged and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Consent via Real Cookie Banner: We use the consent technology “Real Cookie Banner” from devowl.io GmbH, Tannet 12, 94539 Grafling, Germany, to obtain and document your consents in compliance with data protection law. For this purpose, a cookie is stored in your browser recording the consents you have given or withdrawn; this data is not passed on to the provider. It is used to fulfil legal obligations; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Contact and inquiry form
If you use our inquiry form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, company, email, phone, product/part number, message) to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions. The form is implemented with WPForms; the inquiry data is transmitted server-side to our CRM/marketing system EVALANCHE. The provider is SC-Networks GmbH, Enzianstrasse 2, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, acting as a processor for us on the basis of an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; processing takes place on servers in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling your inquiry and pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient processing and documentation of inquiries). Your data will be deleted once the purpose for storing it no longer applies, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.

This website uses the web analytics service Matomo in its hosted variant “Matomo Cloud”. The provider is InnoCraft Ltd., 7 Waterloo Quay, Wellington 6011, New Zealand; an EU Commission adequacy decision exists for New Zealand, and processing takes place on servers within the EU. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider. Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Data is only collected after you have given consent via our consent banner; without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected. The data processed includes: truncated IP address, pages visited, time and duration of the visit, browser type and referrer URL. With your consent, Matomo sets cookies with the following storage periods: “_pk_id” (13 months) and “_pk_ses” (30 minutes). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.
